Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds.
Please note: All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free of damage, odors, pet hair, or makeup stains
- Returned with all original tags attached
Trends Boutique on Main reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these guidelines.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

All claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
Shipping & Lost Packages
PLEASE NOTE: Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and is no longer under our control. If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the appropriate carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Please be aware that carriers require packages to be missing for 15 days before a claim can be filed. Unfortunately, we are unable to initiate a claim until this waiting period has passed.

Return Shipping Options
If you would like us to provide a return shipping label, we are happy to do so. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit amount.
If you choose not to use Seel Worry-Free Returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and returning the item to us.
